I ordered a Power bank on the Voda pay app on the 26 November 2022 till today my order hasn’t been delivered. I contacted customer service with no help it’s over a month now. Cell number ***

I processed a order 2 months ago and till today I haven’t received my order and no constructive feedback or response has been provided to me as to why my order isn’t delivered all I get is the same response that the query is on hand
I would like to have my order delivered immediately I’m so tired of the service I have been getting from your company.
Your managers don’t even have the decency to call customers as courtesy to advise customers of what’s causing their orders not to be delivered for 2 months already instead you advise agents to dismally say no to speaking to a manager
I no longer want any more excuses I want my order delivered.
