To whom it may concern,
I have been a loyal customer for 12 years with Vodacom.
My current Samsung S9 is broken. So, I decided to check Vodacom on-line, when I can upgrade. I was happy to see that I can upgrade, but there was a catch, only to find out that after 24 months, I must still pay another additional 3 months for my old contract and pay the new upgraded contract?
How fair is that? So, I actually pay 27 months for my old phone?
I spoke to the manager at Westgate to make sense of why I had to pay 27 months for a contract that is 24 months, and he kept on telling me that it is because I upgraded in 2008 and that it is not actually a new contract? I still don't understand? I did sign a contract on 24 May 2018 for a Sumsung Galaxy S9 for 24 month's.
Something doesn't add up? I am very unhappy.
I will end my contract on the new date that is 2 August 2020 (27 Month's)!!!
