Complaint

Vodacom phoned me *** and said I qualified for upgrade cane to conclusion settled for s7 samsung .received phone and it was just the s7 and going to vodacom shop to buy cover was told if I upgraded in vodacom store I would of got it for free and it was advertised on the radio that u get the gear , phoned vodacom and they said they do not supply the gear but if u go to the stores they can do what they want .I doant understand as it is all vodacom .then I suppose to get a speaker as I am on red business.I think you guys are not fair and bad business practices ad for me and my companies this is the last time I'm upgrading and look for other service providers thank you
