Complaint😡
I cancelled my Vodacom Fibre debit order via the Capitec app on February because Vodacom increased my monthly premium without notifying me, which is against the Consumer Protection Act. I stopped using the Vodacom Fibre service in February 2026 and switched to another provider.
Despite cancelling, Vodacom still sends me debit order SMS notifications and my account now shows R1705 in arrears for a service I no longer use or have access to. This is incorrect and Vodacom is now threatening my credit score over it
