Complaint
Hi , Same problem again . Data getting missing. When trying to find out what the reason is online , they drop the call. I just wanted to explain that they need to look from their side if maybe their is a virus or some app that I could delete. Reported yesterday no one called as yet

I called in and after the voice security test( passed) they still treat me like ****.
I don't try to purchase something or do ***** I just need answers, they can inform me know what my date of upgrading is then i'll end my long contract and go over to some other network.

From 11:08 , no one called as yet .
