Complaint

I give my phone in at vodashop on 8th July they only send it a week later from the shopfor repairs I never used my sim in another phone because this usless people didn't tel me I must keep the number on.. But the phone is under insurance so they send me a message that I didn't accept the quotation for the repairs of the phone why must I accept the quotation because it's under insurance and its almost a month the phone is gone for fixing now they send it back then I must send it back again take another 2months to fix while I'm paying a contract phone vodacom don't want to fix. So what's the use of paying for insurance? And vodacom increased my insurance from August it will be going up for what I want to know. And our vodashop people is usless idiots every one fighting about phones send in for repairs. But I won't upgrade with vodacom once my contracts expired.
