Its mrs shanilla Reddy . In 2017 dec I asked Neville from Vodacom care to cancel my contract and issue a new contract in my business name. He said he'll did however the contract in my personal name was not cancelled but a new contract was taken out in my business name as well. For the passed year n half I was paying the subs from my business account as well as personal acc. Now they say he no longer works there and the contract expires in dec this year and nothing van be done. For all the subs I paid I got nothing in return. Plse could you refund my subscriptions paid and cancel this contract. Fault was on vodacom side for nit actioning my request.
