COMPLAINT
I recently took up a contract with Vodacom for 2 Iphone deals going for R399. Firstly I wasn't correctly informed about the date of the first deduction and secondly, I had requested for my sister's number to be put on contract as I was buying the phones for my sisters. to my surprise, I called Vodacom regarding my caller settings as every number was showing as an unknown number that's when I found out it was my number that was put on contract and not my sister's. I'm now being told to visit a Vodacom store when the fault was done on their side. what's the point of filling out forms as a binding contract if Vodacom won't stick to the agreement?
Please have them fix this mess as now I have been inconvenienced to have to go into a Vodacom store or is Vodacom going to pay for the petrol and mall ticket as well???
