Complaint
Ive recently complain regarding my vodacom contract and have since not had any feedback. Vodacom has promised that they will get back to me it is 2 weeks later and still nothing. I am not sure how else to go about and this is affecting my credit profile. As im forced to pay for a extended contract i have not signed up for. In need of assistance.
