My contract went into arrears for a period of 4 months close to my end date ive recently paid it up to date to cancel in which ive found out that due to the contract being suspended my cancellation date has been moved 2 years later . Is this even possible as to my understanding isnt it only suppose to be the defaulted months that is to be added to the contract how can a period of 2years be added. Ive called in to the call centre but no one can assist me and i refuse to pay another 2years. I think this is pathetic as I am willing to pay the defaulted amounts but id like to cancel. Need help.
