Complaint

I have laid a complaint with vodacom's regarding a data line that needed to be cut off when the data limit is reached, this request was done when i got the deal now i find that they didnt do what i asked of them. I had to pay alot more than the contract amount and was told that the ASSUMED amount due for this monthe would be way more than what it should be aswel but its only the begining of the month. I asked that someone from management call me regarding this that was more than 24 hours ago i am still waiting for someone to call me with concern to that. Now i get a call asking me to pay my account before they have even sorted this complaint out this is not acceptable.
