complaint

I took a contract with Vodacom, its a laptop , they keep on deducting extra money on my account, that was not agreed up on , i'm supposed to be paying R399 per month but when I withdraw my statement I saw deductions such as Rescue box, SO music , hotspotterms and SK-VH that ends with my id number, I feel like I have been ****** , I had no choice besides reversing that amount, im very unhappy with the service the contract was taken over the phone with the agent if they continue doing this im going to take legal actions against them, and another thing I told the agent they must deduct the money on the 15th of each month but they decide to deduct end of the month they inconvenienced me im very unhappy
