Complaint

I'm so disappointed, I phoned voda insurance to cancel my cellphone insurance The consultant told me my insurance has v been canceled and I phoned accounts department now they tell me that the insurance isn't canceled but price was amendment .Now I've been been on the line for 30 minutes waiting for the department to answer so I can cancel it again but no one is answering
