Complaint

I'm am dissatisfied with Vodacom service. They seem to be incompetence everytime a customer needs their help ,I was calling with regards to settling a payment with them . The agent had told me they would call me back to transfer me to the cancelation department before the end of today and none of that happened I'm am very disappointed with the service yet again . Since it's not the first or second time they've done this. I really need assistance as soon as possible
