Complain to Vodacom

Hi my name is khethiwe I just want to share my review about vodacom I experienced bad customers from vodacom ihad my Sim card that I was using more than 15 year so I lost it March then I tried to do sim swap i was not winning then 2 weeks back I tried to do it again and they say I must go to vodacom since I was not getting due to work so today I got a chance to go to the store when I got there they told me that my number was deleted and they can't recover it they deleted my number on the 06/05/26 that was last week so for me it's really not fair becouse I used this number for many years then they decided0 0to delete it just becouse of 2 months of not be Active this is not just a number this is my life I really need my number back please Vodacom please do something about this the is a story behind this number this was my mom Sim card I lost my 2010 this is is the only thing I left with that was belonging to her I feel like I betrayed her vodacom took the last piece of me may I get my number back
