COMPLAIN FOR MY ONLINE CONTRACT

I app**** for an IPHONE4 S special for R200.00 which was supposed to come with skull candy headsets,R190.00 airtime and data.When received the phone I didn't come with the headsets and when I phoned the call centre I was advised that on their system it was not selected.The second thing is that I was doing an upgrade and a new line was created for me and at the moment I am paying for an old contract that expired and the new line.I logged a query with vodacom call centre and the advised that someone is going to call me back and no has phoned me back.The reference I got for my complain is S3-8EL2R-RR8QU Customer Care Trinah Taodzera.I app**** for the same contract with my colleaque and he got everything that we app**** and me on the other hand not getting what we requested and I am not happy with the service I get from the call centre because is telling me a different story everytime hence I am escalating this to higher level.
