I changed my banking detail late last year and vodacom acknowledged this change by debiting the new account that I issued. End of August 22 they did not debit and I called to enquire. I was informed that my debit returned unpaid from fnb , which is my old account. The consultant then requested a debit to the correct account and it went through. He informed me that I owe them R100.80 for a debit return and I told him I won't pay it since it is not my fault that they debited my closed account.

I Received smses notifying me of the R100.80 debt and I called to notify them that I won't pay. The call centre agents then lodged a dispute and no one called me to five me feedback. I called again only to be told that i need to sent my bank statement to prove that I had money in my absa account. I did that and still nothing was done and my lines are locked . I cannot make calls or access the internet. I called vodacom and I was asked to resend the emails to which I am told that they are not recieving them and that I need to go to a vodacom shop to get assistance there.

I get to the vodacom shop and the consultant shows me that they have fnb as my account to debit.

I am beyond ****ed off and I am not impressed with the attitudes of vodacom employees and their tone. This has become my problem to solve and I they simply want me to pay and shut up.
