Complain

Last month I was complaining about vodacom and I was happy they fix my problem, last week I received a message from hp attorney saying am owing 956 at vodacom, I phoned vodacom to lodge a complain about it and they gave me reference number to sure that they are busy with my complain, so yesterday I recieved a message from vodacom saying my query is closed and I tried to call them but they never answer, so today I phoned them using my work phone and they answered and they told me stories that I can't even understand. My question here is vodacom are treating me unfair cause I paid 634 and they told me am still owing 317,so I ask them ia for what they told me is for phone and I even asked them is this 317 my whole balance they said yes but now am still owing same amount of money that I paid.if all their calls are recorded they must go back and listen to me when I ask them that if I pay the 317 I will be done with them and they said yes, am sick and tired fighting the same thing. I hate this network more now.they don't sent statements and after they busy tarnishing my name to the mud. Now I can't open any acc because of them, I hate vodacom with all my heart
