Complain

Vodacom has handed me over to their lawyers I have settled my Vodacom contract. I have a paid up letter but they see it as invalid. and and they are advising me that am still liable to an amount of almost 2600. I have send the proof of payment the paid up letter but still they are not following it up. I don't know what to do

Why is no one making an effort to call me or send me details where I can send my documents you handed me over to T.J Maodi attorneys I paid the money through them why are you not calling them.
