Complain but get told of other customers waiting as well

So I get a call from hello Peter yesterday and then vodacom calls me today regarding the free extenders which was promised to me as soon as my Fibre is connected which was nov 2025. This lady is telling me of other customers who are also waiting for extenders, and that they can't call all their customers because there is alot, I was told this when I asked why I don't get feedback. So the only way to get feedback is to complain publicly. It's now January which is nearly 3 months later after my connection and yet no extenders because of "system errors" is this how they trick you into taking the Fibre? My biggest mistake going with this company really. I had my Fibre off for nearly a week in December as well and have not been rebated for it. Truly just problems and lies, when u complain you get told about other customers
