Complain about Vodacom shop

Hello petter.I write this complain to need help from you to review Vodacom.I have a contract phone from Vodacom.I am a loyalty customer for them now they do wrong things to me.They put package to my account without an agreement now that package made installment increased.I tried several times to contact them to take that package out they won't do they give me an empty promises to take it out but that package still available in my my my account.
