Complain

Last year January I ordered a contract phone online and vodacom delivered a wrong phone, I called them told them to come collect the phone and that took them 5months,I had to report the matter to hellpeter for it to be resolved,the phone was collected in May and everything was sorted,last week on the 27th June 2021 I receive emails from some lawyers TJ MAODI INC that vodacom handed me over because I'm not paying the same phone that they collected,I called the lawyers and the y told me I need to make an affidavit 1-im on quarantine and im not gonna be doing up and downs for someone that can not do his/her job at Vodacom,I gave them my ID NO trusting that they are a proper business now my ID NO is all over the place,I called Vodacom a lady by the name of Lerato told me there's nothing on the system,I don't owe anything and I'm not handed over but if they say I must bring an affidavit I should do so cos it's possible someone did a mistake,with my name?my ID no?if those lawyers do blacklist me I'm gonna sue Vodacom,they better fix this nonsense soon Regards Yonela
