complain

Hi i took out laptop on contract which i could hardly use then when i went to complain they refered me to incredible connection . but i never contracted it from incredible connection . then i took it back to vodacom they said they will send it for repairs . after 2days they called me thats its ready i went to fecth my laptop and found out it was never repaired it was in the same condition i gave them. I want to cancel my contract or they must give me a new laptop. Please help me peter im an old lady maybe that is why they taking advantage of me. Thankyou.
