Competent and Vey helpful

I needed to claim for a new phone because my phone was beyond economical repair and for some reason Vodacom Bloemfontein Repairs Centre and Vodacom Preller Square did not send a report back to my insurance that my phone is beyond repairs therefore I must claim for a new one. When i tried calling in to CellSure to claim for a new phone I was told they need a report back, which i asked for from Vodacom Preller Square. When I called in again after a couple of days, under the impression that a report was sent to my insurance, Given Nchaupe answered and told me that the claim for repairs is still active therefore I cannot claim for a new phone and I then explained the story to him. He promised to follow up with vodacom Repairss in Bloemfontein and get back to me. Given solved it within 24 hours. He made a promise that he will solve it and he stuck to his word. I am thoroughly impressed by his competence, great attitude, and friendliness. He deserves to be recognised for this. Thank You Given. Your service was world-class.
