Compensation for my 73 rands owed to me by Vodacom please help

Vodacom account number that was settled 4yrs ago account number ***3 extra 73 rands was to be paid back to me and it didn't happen as results Credit bureau has blacklisted me saying I am owing Vodacom this amount of 73 rands for 40 months from 2020/03 till 2022/ 03 contacted Vodacom and i was told they will pay 73 rands how is that possible because if it was me owing them for that 40 months it was gonna be calculated with interest for 40 months a reference number of *** was sent to me and was told it will be investigated for what they owe me for 40 months 73 rands my credit report is bad because of this 73 rands that was not to me for 40 months can they please pay me back my 73 rands with interest accumulated for all those 40 months they owe me as it was going to be if it was me owing them
