Company with the worst service and regard for their customers

In May I contacted Vodacom to change my Banking details and debit order date, which was done at that point.

Two month later their debit orders stopped going off, I contacted Vodacom to notify them of this and was told ever thing was fine and it shows the debit order went through. The following month the same happened, I contacted Vodacoms CEO's offices and spoke to Suzan Monaise who stated she would look into the matter and get back to me. Which never happened a week later I called her again and got the same response. Till today she has not bother to call me back once, in return no have made over 80 calls to their offices with no answers as yet.

In December I decided to escalate the matter to Suzan's superior Mamsie Coetzee and her response was "if you are so unhappy with Vodacoms service why don't you just close your account and leave" when I asked to speak to her boss she answered " I don't know why you want to speak to them, I make the make the rules and have the final say" since then I have been trying to get hold of Shameel Joosubs or a superior of Mamsie and have left over 20 messages for one of them to get back to me to get this matter resolved. On the 21st of December I sent Shameel Joosubs a email requesting assistance from him, but In return I only got an email from Suzan stating that everything was changed and my debit order will go off on the 7th of January. To is the 1wth and still no debit order has gone off.

I have once again since Monday the 9th of January been trying to contact Vodacoms Directors but can never get hold of anyone and not one of my messages have been returned.
