Companies with a \{CAN'T"attitude"""

This country's businesses have a permanent CAN'T mindset!!!!!! I bought a Vodafone Cell Phone 3 weeks ago and its failed but neither Vodacom nor Sportsscene are wiling to even TRY to resolve the issue to MY satisfaction!!! They INSIST it must go away to \be assessed"!!! I can tell them what the damn problem is!!! I also cannot do without my phone for a week or two!!! So what now?????? Sheesh"
