Communications provider who you can't communicate with

Vodacom shop Whale Coast mall, Herm****.

First a pretty clueless trainee ( must have been ) gave the me the wrong email address to send supporting information. He called the next day, to tell me that it was the wrong email, but when I asked to email me back instead instead of trying to spell out the email address over the phone, nothing happened.

I called a few hours later, and explained my story, and that I needed the email address, and the lady who answered cheerfully said, sure, just hold a moment... Which turned out to be an indefinite moment ..

After holding 15m like an idiot, I tried calling again, but then the number was busy for the next hour.

Luckily I had an option for another nearby store, where I got better service, after I drove there and demanded to have my forms returned.

I seriously regret buying a Vodacom network locked wearable device that's forcing me into a contract, and having to deal with these people.
