COMMUNICATION GIANT FAILS HOPELESSLY AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN !!!

In January 2018 I noticed my business account being debited for an amount of +/- R12 000. On querying this I was advised that a contract was concluded for an IPHONE which was done online on my account. This caught me by surprise as it was not done by me and was **********ly done. I handed an affidavit to Vodacom's ***** department for investigation. I was bombarded with SMSs for almost 6 months and my business bank account being debited for different amount that attracted bank charges which I was not reimbursed for and without the courtesy of a telephone call as if I was the villain. They had caused me much stress and health issues over this period of approx 6 months.

Here again I received an email last week claiming that I was in arrears. This has surprised me as I do make manual payments since the ********** transaction in spite of me requesting my monthly invoices via email, which happens inconsistantly. A simple request that is so so difficult for them to adhere to.

I did reply to the email on 21/01/2021 requesting proof of how they arrived at my being in arrears. Since I did not get any feedback I resent this request today both to their collections dept & customer care. "Customer Care" literally DELETED my email WITHOUT reading it, as it is customary for me to request a "READ RECIEPT" for my emails.

Vodacom must stop hounding its customers without substance. Being a customer since 1997 I am well aware of their policy to just disconnect your service without the courtesy of a SMS of a telephone call if you are in arrears. As a customer you literally have +/- 2 weeks from invoice if not a shorter period to settle your account, My service has not been suspended so how have they deduced that I am in arrears ???

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS HEAVY HANDEDNESS.
