Communication Failure

So it would seem as though Vodacom not only do not want to communicate (ah, the irony) but also do not care about leaving women and children vulnerable by cutting off communication. So if I take my daughter to school and something were to happen... I am not able to call my partner if my car broke down (leaving us helpless). You do not let me know what the balance is that is due - just cut off my line. In this time of utter madness, where the president of the country has to address the nation on femicide and gender violence, Vodacom will persist to not give a continental ***x. But hey.. I guess doing that is easier than sending an email, or an sms with options. To the client liaison people from the CEO's office - thanks for at least responding to MY emails every now and then.
