Common iPhone problem unrepairabl at Vodacom

So disappointed in Vodacom.<br> As a proud Vodacom user, my phone started with a no network or Searching notification. <br> After visiting countless Vodacom Stores and concluding that this problem is common with no solution. I got the sad news from Vodacom that the device is un-repairable according to them. They expect me to pay an amount of R3650 for a new device, while my current Phone is 16months old and that I am due for an upgrade in April 2016.<br> I feel for the money that I pay for the device and the way I handle it with no external damage to it, that this is unacceptable. Made me think why there are iFix stores and if this Apple brand is really as good as I proclaimed it to be, and why Vodacom only gives a year warranty.<br> This is the least I can say after all the time wasted and inconvenience the iPhone and Vodacom has caused me. <br> Hoping for a better solution than giving more money to something unnecessary.<br>
