COMMITMENT NOT FULFILLED
I LAUNCH A COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DEAL I TOOK WITH VODACOM WHICH HAD A ROUTER, EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE AND 5GB BUNDLES. THEY FAILED TO FULFILL THE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE COMMITMENT AND REPLACED IT WITH HEADPHONES. I DON'T WANT THE HEADPHONES I WANT THE HARD DRIVE AS ADVERTISE ON THEIR PROMOTIONAL CATALOG. THEY PROMISED TO RESPOND BACK ON MY COMPLAIN AND THEY HAVE NOT YET RESPONDED.
