Come on Vodacom,since 2013 i have been asking for signal

Come on Vodacom, I have been *****ing no signal in my area since 2013, you keep on telling me that you are going to put a new site to boost signal. If i walk into the veld across the street i get 3G,however where ever there are houses in this area,we have no signal not even 1 bar.
