COLLECTIONS STILL CALLING ????

After my recent posting and telephonic communication with Vodacom regarding my mother's cancellation of contract - they said they would write off the small amount owing on the account because it accrued between payments and cancellation. They said no more phone call from collections trying to speak to my mother in frailcare. Well they are still telephoning me at all times and leaving me on hold etc with call centee backround noise.
