Collections harassment

Amanda from collections is very mean She hung up not wanting to listen to my story and the next time she called me she accused me of hanging up. I bet I we listened to the call it hung while I was talking. I told her I canceled one sim she said I must go investigate and come back to her with the feedback since she only works from collections this is rather absurd and shocking that she had that nerve. So she said she will transfer me it rang and no one picked up. So few days later I get a call again but I’m not the one who picks up since I was doing something the person who answered wanted to tell her when to call because a male answered saying I’m not available at the moment they hung up. Another thing that is annoying is that they call you and then the is no one on the other line it’s like I am being transferred till next agent answers. Fix my billing and I’ll pay you the difference
