Collections and Contract Cancellations

I cancelled my contract in February, premature cancellation becuase of other bad service, but in the last two weeks started receiving calls form the collections department (the automated one) telling me I owe money. Then I phone in from a landline or now my FNB number (ported number so same number) that is charged, I get put through to the collections departement, they say the contract is still active speak to the cancellations departement. Cancellations department has an automated response where I need to enter the number in question. The automated machine doesn't rekonize my number and hangs up.

This I have done 5 times, I am waisting my time to sort out an internal Vodacom issue, 111 can't put me through to cancelations without going through the automated machine. Collections says I need to talk to a supervisor in Cancellations. THAT I CAN"T GET HOLD OF... and all of this for R128.

Vodacom service as a whole has deteriated so badly from November 2016. ***?
