Collections Agent Customer Victimization

Dear Collections Agent.

You decided to suspend my account while in 2 months arrears after I told you that "I don't know when I will pay" while you were forcing me to make arrangements even when I told you that I am not in a position to make arrangements because the past two months I have been receiving added charges that I don't know of and implicating my invoices and I don't want to make empty promises but you kept your promise that you will suspend my account. Vodacom has lost dignity because people like you. You know yourself.

Now that what you wanted to prove has turned into nothing and now you still clinging onto my name and my account and not want to get my account be given support by other departments even after I made a full payment. Barring my calls from reaching you so I cannot request to unlock my account might be still boosting you ego that you think you are bigger that anyone. By anyone I refer to Customer Agents, Retentions, and Back Office that work hard everyday to reach out to you in assisting me and you purposely reject them as well realizing they are assisting me. Why everyone is willing to assist me but not you? Oh maybe because you the boss!

I am sorry I proved you wrong by doing what is right to pay my premium but not just a premium but the 24th premium that I am proud of. If that is what make you so bitter then deal with it, if you still want me to just follow your bully orders and promise you to pay then tough, if you going to make a fool of all departments like you did with your own by hiding yourself just as you are hiding from me then you just know you don’t deserve to work for Vodacom. You know yourself Collection Agent, one who suspended my account just to prove a point. Go ahead but let see who will finally will between good and evil at the end of the day!
