Collection and Poor Service delivery

This is my third review of the same issue and Vodacom only came back to me the first time but never followed up. They are very quick to deliver a parcel but to collect is another story. The collection from their preferred service provided took 2 months to collect and in the meanwhile, I get billed for something I don't even use and surely won't get a refund. I am a Red client and that doesn't even help. I will definitely consider moving to another service provider when my contract expires in June.
