Collecting money for the account that has been settled

This is the most horrible company to have a contract with... I had a contract with them they hand me over to TJ Maodi incorporated who called me and I settled with them after settling they take the account to a different Attorney's but I have a settlement letter however when I call them their Consultants says they cant help me I'm gonna take this up with the ombuds if they have been giving my details away to ********
