Cold consultant

I called in today to check on the status of my order, and I got throught to Londeka from your online team, I realy don’t want to say much but that girl needs training in customer service, she is rude and cold…she didn’t say anything nasty to me but she was impatient and cold in her approach, very cold, she even sounded bored like someone who didn’t want to work there, I have dealt with her when I was applying for a new line, then she was kind and courteous, I’m guessing she was only friendly because it meant commission for her (assuming Vodacom pays commission) I spoke to her a few days after she was equally as rude,impatient and cold as she was today……dhe needs to work on her customer service skills
