Cold call for new business but no service

We were called a couple of times by Vodacom to sell us on there fibre data deals. They promised fast service and a very good deal. We decided to give them a chance and take up one of there deals. It's weeks later now after signing up and the rooter that was promised to be delivered asap is still not here and after many phone calls i still don't have a date or day set for delivery. No one gets back to you as promised. I feel cheated already by their sales team.
