Cogito Watch

I have upgraded in November 2014. I received my Galaxy Note 4. Included in the deal I was supposed to receive a Cogito Smar****ch. I did not receive the smar****ch when my phone was delivered. I followed up and was told that they don't have stock. I keep on sending mails and I phone constantly and up until today no feedback and still no watch.
