Vodacom *****ulantly open contracts in your name, deduct the amounts fro your bank account and struggle your ass off to get hold of someone in Vodacom to cancel contract. Opened a case at Vodacom ***** disputes ( EC-1TLK-27KQ3W). After a month still no responces from Vodacom or money paid back. Pure service

It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. As per discussion on 2024/05/06 at 08:45:10, the feedback as per the ***** Division is as follows:
It has been concluded ***** has been confirmed, Another debit order had gone off on 3 May 2024, that could not be stopped due to having been submitted already. Kindly note that if the debit order is not either reversed or returned as unpaid, that a refund will take effect by subscriber collections.
The ***** complaint on this matter has been concluded on.
We await feedback from Subscriber Collections regarding any credits and refunds.
We have also notified our Legal Division to update the status at ITC. Regards Vodacom Consumer Website Team
