Clueless employees
I made a previous complaint regarding my number being deleted and I was sent to a vodacom store to fill out a form to reactivate the account, which is now currently up to date and was told that the contract has been canceled by vodacom and I needed to reapply for a new line. I'm being sent from pillar to post and no one seems to have an idea of how u can reactivate my number which I have had since 2007.
