Clueless call enter personal

Vodacom call center personal is clueless. Vodacom changed their email to webmail, but we now have to pay for it or else it will be stopped at some stage, but currently some of our emails are coming through just fine, but some not at all and it isn't even in the spam file. So I phoned them to find out why some are not coming through and Banjana just kept telling me that it will be stopped in the future, but at no time could she tell me why some of my emails are not coming through. Eventually she did say that it is technical, but at no stage did she even bother to put me through to technical. It is so like Vodacom. instead of fixing our poor service in this area, they rather want to make you pay for something which was always free.

Dear Customer,  Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.  Kindly be advised that Vodacom is decommissioning the old Vodamail email server and you would need to opt-in to the service at a cost of R29 per month for the service to work.

Regards  Consumer Website Team

Best regards,

NvdW

When you sent that sms with the options, it didn't state that, if you opt out, you will completely be without vodamail. I assumed the R29 will be for persons who get large volumes of emails and not the few that I get. But still, I do still get SOME emails, just not the important ones which I used to get. So why the discrepency?
