Closing store early than stipulated time

Arrived at Vodacom Shop at 18:54, the store was already closed but the website says they close at 19:00<br> <br> Tried to knock but the staff inside, including the security ignored me as if i dont exist. Can share a pic to prove it.<br> <br> Bad service for a big corporate like Vodacom
