Closing queries without resolving it

Vodacom is the most useless service provider. When you log a problem, they maybe phone you once, discuss the problem and the next day or so you get an sms stating "your query has been closed" - and the problem you have is still ongoing. Why do you actually call us if you know you are not going to do anything about it? You decommission a tower from which we receive the signal without notifying us and then when we complain you just tell us that now we ***gyback on an MTN tower which is more than 8km from us with hills in between. I have a booster in my house which you installed and now it is useless too as the antennae is directed to the decommissioned tower. Most of the time our signal is so useless that we can't even send whatsapp messages or go on the internet, let alone make/receive calls where you can actually hear the person on the other side. We get a lot that people ask us why is our phones off while it is on all the time, which just means we do not have any signal.
