Closing My Account

Hi Tshepiso

Like discussed on the phone last week please see my complaint.

On 03 Apr 2017 Vodacom debited my account with R2,707.30. I phoned Vodacom and requested information for the debit as they thought that I wanted to end my contract. Mistake from Vodacom. I then requested for the to refund me as it was not a small amount debited. After numerous phone calls and every department blaming each other for the mistake Vodacom credited my Vodacom account and not my bank account where they debited it from. Once again after I logged 2 service requests both got closed by Vodacom without notifying me the outcome. I also told the adviser that Vodacom will be held liable for my credit card charges and interest as had to use my credit card to get through the month and Vodacom only refunded my account on 25 April. I spoke to a adviser and she advise me that I must send the statement to ********** I did it and there was no feedback what so ever? After the refund of R2300.80 I once again phoned Vodacom (14th call to Vodacom) and requested for a full refund. However they did not deduct my monthly payment and I was ok with it. I then did a upgrade on my number ( ********** 490). At this point I am so frustrated with Vodacom and I feel that I want to cancel the upgrade because of the unprofessional and poor way Vodacom has handle this issue. I once again logged a service request asking Vodacom what is going on as on Friday I did not have the 200 min and 750 MB that I upgraded to? All my funs was used for the internet and i had to buy a new bundle on Friday.

I really feel that it is annexable for a company like Vodacom to operate this way. Vodacom closes service request without fixing them? That says a lot about the service Vodacom offers. Easier to close a call than to fix it.

Therefore:

1. I want Vodacom to pay back all the charges that was charged on my credit card because of the mistake Vodacom made.

2. I also feel that if Vodacom change my package the way I signed UP for I wouldn’t have to by data on Friday witch cost me once again R150 and it also used all my money I had for data costs. I suggest that there should also be a refund on that.

Here is a list of service request ref numbers of all the calls I made and Vodacom in the last month and then realizing that they are closing them without any feedback or resolving them. Please feel free to see the once that was logged in April. These are only a few...

1- ********** **********

1- ********** **********

1- ********** **********

1- ********** **********

Please please can you assist in resolving this?

Regards
