Closes query without issue being resolved

<p>My query Ref number 1- ********** ********** has been closed by Vodacom. The issue is still not sorted. They refer you to their website, but there is no place to enter the reference number. Can I exit my contract due to fault that Vodacom is not providing the basic services in terms of my contract?</p> <p> </p> <p>Looking forward to a call and not just another generic email from Vodacom</p>
