Closed contract owing
In may 2021 i complained about vodacom and i posted here. After me posting this in may they contacted me offering to cancel my contract. However recently since last week to be exact i received a call from a call center claiming they are calling on behalf of Vodacom with the number *** they say i am owing. How do i owe a contract that was cancelled, closed and changed to prepaid in June? I am not happy with the level of service i received from vodacom after being with them for a full two years

The person who called me on 02/07/2021 did not says anything about me being liable to pay for invoices generated as airtime was allocated to the number. He just said the airtime and data was gonna expire on the 08/07/2021.
After the call conversation there was sms indicating that there was an amount i had to pay or outstanding balance on my account since it was 0.00 from when i settled
